Refunds are only offered to customers that receive the wrong items or if the order get´s damaged in transit. If any of these apply, please contact me, by using the contact form below or via firstname.lastname@example.org. Kindly, send photos of wrong/damaged items and I will sort that out for you.
If you wish to return your package, you pay for the sending fee. You will recieve the refund after I recieved the package within the 14 days.
Can I exchange an item for a different size/color?
At this time, we don't offer exchanges. Though rare, it's possible that an item you ordered was mislabelled. If that’s the case, please let me know at email@example.com within the 14 days. After receiving your order. Include your order number and photos of the mislabeled item, and I´ll send you a new one, or issue a refund!
